Teaching at various gyms, studio and running my own outdoor classes.

Getting my name out there and working with clients with eating disorders.
What is the one fitness or health related item you can’t live without right now?
My Garmin watch! I have an incredibly obvious tan line around it.
What is your personal Pilates/exercise philosophy?
Pilates has the ability to enhance the lives of everyone who tries it.
What song or playlist is keeping you and your clients motivated in class right now?
At the moment, the sounds of nature from my outdoor classes are more popular than music.
What is your favourite exercise to instruct right now and why?
Loving Tricep Circles at the moment for toning summer arms.
How do you prioritise or find time for your own Pilates practice?
I live and breathe Pilates so never find it hard to get my own workouts in.
What is the greatest tip you could give another Pilates instructor?
Believe in yourself and don’t try to teach like someone else, remain true to yourself.
What does the rest of the year hold in store for you?
This year is all about focusing on finding more permanent classes closer to home and reducing my travelling time.
