WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE EXERCISE TO INSTRUCT RIGHT NOW AND WHY?

Reverse Biceps (on the Reformer)…. it’s challenging on the arms even for people who have stiff necks. They can really feel the burn.

HOW DO YOU PRIORITISE OR FIND TIME FOR YOUR OWN PILATES PRACTICE?

I come into work early so I can feel the program before I teach it. Great to know where to push your clients when they are getting tired.

WHAT IS THE GREATEST TIP YOU COULD GIVE ANOTHER PILATES INSTRUCTOR?

Always be genuine and empathetic towards any injuries. Discretion can also go a long way to maintaining a client’s confidence.

WHAT DOES THE REST OF THE YEAR HOLD IN STORE FOR YOU?

I plan to attempt another Studio Pilates 30 Day Challenge along with my clients to feel stronger in myself and to spend more time with friends and family.
