How are you using your Pilates training?
Teaching Pilates. I’ve also created a Pilates Fusion style using my yoga and strength training experience.
What has been your greatest challenge as a Pilates instructor?
Remembering the breathing when teaching! Do I exhale or inhale here?

Move well, move more. Use the ideas from classes and apply them to everyday life.

What is your favourite exercise to instruct right now and why?
I love Single Leg Stretch. It was one I was examined on in the course and so I feel really confident in it. It also really reinforces spinal position and T-Zone
How do you prioritise or find time for your own Pilates practice?
I plan my work week so I have two clear days off when I can go to classes.
What is the greatest tip you could give another Pilates instructor?
Never stop learning and keep up your own practice. Watch and walk the room rather than being glued to your mat. Have fun and be prepared to make mistakes!

More learning and more practice!
