Reformer, learning exercises and how to apply with extra load and resistance was very interesting.

Understanding how each body is different and how to respond to other health concerns, conditions which impact the lesson plan/programming and require on the spot adjusting/change. Establishing a business with many changes in COVID regulations/restrictions.

Zoom classes, learning how to instruct online with mirroring people and giving extra cues/technique tips and advise on how clients can set up for class so you can actually see them.

Benefit of Pilates to give an intense workout even without equipment and or mixing it into your  functional/HIIT classes if you want to add more cardio.

Give myself my own time between classes to work on something new or areas I need to work on.

You will constantly learn something new as a teacher and within your own practise every day. But seeing the results overtime are quite impressive.
