WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR FAVOURITE STUDIO PILATES COURSE TO COMPLETE?

Pilates Slider [Course]. I love the exercises, variations and the low impact workouts.

HOW HAVE YOU BEEN USING YOUR PILATES SKILLS SINCE COMPLETING YOUR INSTRUCTOR TRAINING?

Using it in a gym and my business in my home studio.

WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR GREATEST CHALLENGE AS A PILATES INSTRUCTOR?

Keeping it fresh, fun, and motivating. Trying to program to a large diverse group of people who have injuries, poor mobility, pregnant and low self esteem in each class.

WHAT IS THE ONE HEALTH OR FITNESS RELATED ITEM THAT YOU CAN’T LIVE WITHOUT RIGHT NOW?

I can’t choose. I love my Pilates sliders, circle and band. Maybe the band.

WHAT IS YOUR PERSONAL PILATES OR EXERCISE PHILOSOPHY?

What you do today will improve your tomorrow.

WHAT SONG OR PLAYLIST IS KEEPING YOU AND YOUR CLIENTS MOTIVATED IN CLASS RIGHT NOW?

Acoustic music

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE EXERCISE TO INSTRUCT RIGHT NOW AND WHY?

Pilates Slider as it has little equipment that can be portable with many different exercises.

HOW DO YOU PRIORITISE OR FIND TIME FOR YOUR OWN PILATES PRACTICE?

I do it each morning before I start my day.

WHAT IS THE GREATEST TIP YOU COULD GIVE ANOTHER PILATES INSTRUCTOR?

Be yourself and treat everyone with respect
