What has been your greatest challenge as a Pilates instructor?
Keeping up to date with new techniques. I live in a remote town in Western Australia and it’s hard to get to the city to do training.

What is your favourite exercise to instruct right now?
How do you prioritise or find time for your own Pilates practice?
I try to get up early and do some practice, if I don’t, I’ll squeeze it in wherever I can during the day.
What is the greatest tip you could give another Pilates instructor?
Listen to your participants and take their feedback onboard.
What does the rest of the year hold in store for you?
Continue to do one on one sessions in my home based studio, commence classes at a rehab studio for a new physiotherapy business and facilitate a Women’s Wellness Pilates Retreat at the Mackerel Islands (WA) in June this year.
