How do you prioritise or find time for your own Pilates practice?
I practice Pilates every afternoon except for the days that I teach Pilates. I also practice Diaphragmatic breathing and meditation at night before I sleep!
What is the greatest tip you could give another Pilates instructor?
Be willing to go that extra mile to help your clients! It makes your clients happy, but also provides opportunities to challenge yourself and discover what type of Pilates you are interested in pursuing further through teaching!
What does the rest of the year hold in store for you?
Upskilling and refining my Pilates practice – particularly in the area of rehab as this is something I’m really passionate about!
