Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch
The Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch is one of the best stretches to help with mobility at the front of the pelvis. Benefits of stretching the Hip Flexors include alleviating lower back pain, improving your posture and aligning your legs in a manner that makes them work more powerfully. When performing the stretch, it is advised that you kneel on a soft padded surface as occasionally the pressure on the kneecap can be quite uncomfortable. You should feel the stretch in the front part of your hip, next to your groin, and even in the front of your thigh.
