Is the Zoom Course Live or Pre-Recorded?
If you are completing the practical component of your course via Zoom, please note that it is still a live course. The practical Zoom training is not pre-recorded and involves your live participation on the specific course dates.
The practical component of the course via Zoom is incredibly practical and hands on. For each exercise in the course, we workshop that exercise and while we do that, you will be getting down on the floor and physically performing the exercise so we can look at your technique and make sure that you know how to perform the exercise correctly. After that, you will practice teaching your partner that particular exercise and they will practice teaching you. All while you receive tailored feedback on your instructing from a master trainer. So a great deal of the course is spent practicing your instructing and getting feedback on your instructing.
